We prioritize safety above all. Unfavorable weather, as determined unsafe by our captain, will lead to rebooking on the nearest possible date or issuing a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will reach out 24 hours prior to your departure if the weather seems unfavorable.
May I bring my own meals and drinks?
Certainly, you can bring your own food and drinks aboard. Nonetheless, we also have excellent provisioning services and can accommodate custom menu preferences. Kindly be aware, for safety considerations glassware is not allowed on the vessel.

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancelling 72 hours or more before setting sail leads to a full refund. For cancellations happening between 24 to 72 hours, a 50% refund is issued. Any cancellations within a 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund unless due to inclement weather or mechanical difficulties originating from our side.
