By reserving a charter or using our Service, you consent to comply with these Terms. Should you reject any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

CrimsonHillVale offers upscale yacht charter services that include, but are not confined to:

  • Daily yacht rentals
  • Sunset cruises
  • Corporate getaways
  • Exclusive events
  • Extended charters

All services are provided subject to their availability and prevailing weather conditions. We hold the right to alter or cease services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservations, you must:

  • Be of at least 18 years old
  • Submit precise and thorough information
  • Remit the deposit amount as indicated in your reservation confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is secure only when we receive full payment and issue a written affirmation. We have the authority to decline service to any person as we see fit.

3.3 Availability

All charters are contingent on ship availability and appropriate weather conditions. We shall endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are presented in € and encompass all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Costs may change with no prior warning.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the total charter fee payable upon booking
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Incidental expenses (if applicable): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various major credit cards, bank wires, and certified checks. All payments are processed via secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund less transaction fees
  • Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case of unsafe weather as judged by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to an alternative available date at no extra charge
  • Issue a complete refund if a reschedule is unviable

5.3 Mechanical Concerns

Should mechanical issues arise with the boat assigned, we will make an effort to arrange a comparable replacement. If no substitute is available, we will provide a full reimbursement.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Measures

Each passenger is required to:

  • Heed all directions given by the crew
  • Utilize the supplied safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health conditions that could impact their own safety
  • Stay within designated parts of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Articles

The items listed below are forbidden on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Overabundant non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable consumption)
  • Pets (unless approval is obtained beforehand)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers are expected to behave in a civil and respectful manner. If passenger behavior constitutes a hazard or ruins the experience for others, we reserve the option to end the charter prematurely without offering a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Accountabilities

Our liability is confined to the amount you've paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Physical harm arising from passenger neglect
  • Theft or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect, ensuing, or penal damages
  • Delays provoked by weather or other conditions beyond our management

7.2 Insurance Provision

We sustain thorough marine insurance that covers our vessels and operations. It is your responsibility to procure your own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

By taking part in our charters, customers understand that maritime activities carry intrinsic dangers and they agree to be accountable for their safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

At our discretion, we may modify tour itineraries, routes, or schedules based on climatic considerations, safety concerns, or operational necessities. We will make every attempt to provide suitable alternate arrangements.

9. Force Majeure

We are not answerable for interruptions, cancellations, or adjustments instigated by events beyond our governance, which include but are not limited to:

  • Harsh weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Port shutdowns
  • Technical breakdowns
